In today’s fast-paced world, managing tasks efficiently is essential.  Group Phoenix developed an AI-powered assistant, built on n8n, automates scheduling, email management, and web queries through simple text commands, enhancing productivity and efficiency.

Team Sentinels developed an innovative solution to automate the handling of Contact-Us form submissions. The solution categorizes inquiries, sends timely responses, and creates tasks for the relevant teams to ensure smooth tracking and follow-up.

Workflow Breakdown:

  1. Webhook Trigger: Captures data when a form is submitted.
  2. AI-Powered Categorization: Uses Google Gemini to classify inquiries and create tailored responses.
  3. Email Notifications: Sends an acknowledgment email to the user, and the respective team (HR, Sales, Support, etc.) receives notifications for relevant inquiries.
  4. Google Tasks: Creates tasks and tracks their status, ensuring no request is forgotten.
  5. Conditional Logic: Automates task updates, sending reminders for overdue tasks.

into GitHub issues for easy tracking and resolution.

  • Automatically create GitHub issues for each vulnerability.
