Prototype: Debt Collection Management System

Debt case management system prototype, demonstrating data extraction from invoices and the creation of cases - leveraging Google Document AI, a custom processor.

Key Tech Stack:

• Backend: Python backend API, and relational model between client (creditor), customer (debtor), and a case.
• Frontend: React and Next.js for the frontend, integrated with backend APIs.
• Backend for Frontend (BFF): Proxy pattern for seamless API integration.
• Containerization: All apps containerized using Docker.

Next Steps:

• IDP integration for role-based access/actions based on the persona.
• QR code generation for each case.
• Smart Agent - a chatbot.
